Joe is a know-it-all. He is probably the only Igboman who made good by dint of hard work on the streets of Lagos. I have held this opinion that most of the extremes of behaviour including abrasiveness frequently associated with Ndigbo by their detractors, were acquired post 1970. That is NOT us.
Our elite class grease their way through a maelstorm of institutionally overt and hidden restrictions and succeed. Yes, succeed in the limited objective of amassing some networth, marrying, building a home/homes and raising a family. Those Igbo Youth at the bottom of the food chain have a much harder time. Hence they raise their voices, run foul of law enforcement, market masters etc.
My "brother" Joe Igbokwe has been having great difficulty differentiating between CAUSE and EFFECT. . Readers will note that I have not for once mentioned Nnamdi Kanu and/or IPOB above. I wish that Joe will learn from that.
