NNAMDI KANU HAS NO MANDATE.

NNAMDI KANU HAS NO MANDATE. . SO? One Henry Onukwuba wrote: "Nnamdi Kanu is not anybody's leader. Let him contest election as governor of Abia State and let's see how many votes he will get. Remember Ojukwu , etc. . "
MY REPLY:
This observation proves nothing. It is better to disown the struggle, any struggle, than to rant about the individuals that the struggle throws up. . .
Many prominent and enlightened Ndigbo never openly opposed Nnamdi Kanu's IPOB. That would have required some intellectual strain. On the other hand, they didn't support him either. Now somewhere down the road they strive to weigh in that Kanu's mindset, etc are faulty; that he represents nobody. Well said.
True, true nobody voted him into any office. Hence he is hardly answerable to "an electorate" or a self-appointed group of advisers. I have always believed that it is very dangerous to stand aloof in matters concerning both national and group interests. Those who are not asleep or in coma should have learnt from this case study.
Stand up to be counted!
